At Hawkes Haven, we believe in building trust from the very first interaction. That's why we offer a Meet & Greet for all new clients and their pets. This relaxed, no-obligation visit allows us to: - Get to know you and your pet(s) in their home environment - Learn about your pet's unique personality, routine, and any special needs - Answer any questions you may have about your services - Ensure everyone feels comfortable moving forward Whether you have a playful pup, a shy senior dog or cat, or a pet with special needs, our goal is t omake the transition into our care as smooth and stress free as possible. Cancellation Policy
🐾 Booking, Cancellation & Waitlist Policy At Hawkes Haven, we know that life with pets (and kids!) can be busy and sometimes unpredictable. That’s why we’ve created simple, flexible policies to help keep things running smoothly for you, your pets, and everyone on our schedule. 📅 Booking a Visit - Booking is easy! You can schedule through our Time to Pet app or by texting/calling us directly. - We recommend booking early, especially around holidays, weekends, or school breaks, as those times fill up quickly. - New to Hawkes Haven? We’ll start with a Free Meet & Greet to get to know your family and furry friends before your first visit. ❌ Cancellations We totally understand, plans change! - Regular Visits: Cancel at least 24 hours ahead, and there’s no fee. Cancel within 24 hours, and we ask for 50% of the service cost. - Holidays & Busy Times (like Thanksgiving, Christmas, Spring Break): Cancellations made less than 72 hours before your scheduled visit will be charged the full amount, as these spots are in high demand. - No-shows without notice will be charged in full. We’re here to make your life easier and your pets' lives happier. If you ever need help or have questions, just reach out, we’re happy to assist! We can't wait to meet you and your Pet(s)!!
