Cancellation Policy

Hawkes Haven - Cancellation Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we strive to accommodate all our Hawkes Haven clients' needs. To provide the best possible service for all pets and families, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy below:

 

Standard Appointments:

  • Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice will not be charged.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a 50% - 100% cancellation fee.

  • No-shows or cancellations made at the time of service will be charged the full appointment fee.

 

Emergency or Weather-Related Cancellations:

We understand that emergencies happen. In these cases, please contact us as soon as possible. Fees may be waived at our discretion.

 

Holiday Appointments:

All holiday bookings require 72 hours' notice for cancellation. Cancellations made within that window will be charged 100% of the appointment fee.

 

How to Cancel:

Cancellations must be made via time to pet, text, phone call, or email. Social media messages are not monitored regularly and will not be accepted for cancellations.
